Hey Mama! I created this postpartum guide specifically for you. Say goodbye to anxiety-inducing visits to "Dr. Google" and hello to a more confident start to motherhood. This Guide is exactly what you need as you prepare to welcome your baby.
Hey There Friend!
My name is Ana. I’m a Licensed Midwife, Lactation educator, and most importantly mama of 4. Over my 15 years in the maternity care space, I have had the honor of walking beside hundreds of couples as they have grown their families. Through these journeys of life & death, moments bursting with joy and those burdened with tragedy I have had the absolute honor of being a trusted friend, a confidant, a midwife. It is a “job” I do with shaking hands and a open heart knowing that my main purpose is always to return each individual to their own strength. My hope for this blog and my virtual services is to offer you a small taste of this type of sacred care. To come alongside you in your joys and sorrows, providing a safe place for you to be seen, educated, uplifted and inspired. Motherhood is messy and magical, and I'm here to be your friend through it all!
Thoughtful conversations with experts on all things prenatal wellness and early parenting, birth stories with real moms, and hilarious parenting stories you won't want to miss. **COMING SOON!**
